The Zen House - An Overview
The Zen House is the first property we had purchased at Shasta Lake, and it's been very dear to us all along! This is a large house offering 2400 sq ft of living space and an additional 1000 sq ft of covered entertainment space, with amazing Shasta Lake views. Here are some important highlights for this property:
One large deck, one small deck, two patios, garden area, a large water fountain, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, furnished kitchen w/ electric stove, a large entertainment room w/ pool table, ping pong table & a projector w/ giant screen

Living Room
The living room offers a comfy sitting area with 65 inches smart TV, a fireplace and beautiful views of the lake from large windows facing the outside deck and the lake.
The Kitchen
The Kitchen is well equipped with all basic appliances, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, pots & pans and all the possible silverware.
Dining Area
The dining area is right next to the kitchen and offers beautiful views of the lake from large windows facing the outside deck and the lake.

Bedroom 3
The house has two bedrooms best suited for shared accommodation. Bedroom 3 has two full beds and its entrance is through Bedroom 4.
Common Bathroom
There is a common bathroom that's located right between bedrooms 3 and 4. It also houses a washer and dryer for the guests.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 does not offer much privacy and hence is best suited for shared accommodation. This bedroom offers two queen beds.
